SQL Server Patch: Cannot delete EULA.txt

Had to get around this recently on Windows XP Home Edition. Best way to do this is to boot-up in Safe mode (F8 on startup). Then once in change the Security permissions on the folder that you want to delete to Full Control. Folder should be ok to delete then.
